Zobair Rehman, a bankrupt, has been sentenced to six months imprisonment, suspended for two years at Bristol Crown Court on 20 September 2013, for transferring money out of the country instead of paying his creditors.

Jeremy Grant Norman, a director of Stroud-based Norman Machine Tools Ltd (NMT), has been banned from being a company director for five years after issuing two sales invoices for the same machinery, thus causing a finance company to lose £38,434. The ban follows an Insolvency Service investigation.
